Cygnia Cove is a very rare piece of earth. Just 185 homesites have been carefully shaped from this prime riverfront land. Many residents will enjoy stunning river views, while others will look out across the wetland to the superb Romanesque buildings of Clontarf.
The estate has been thoughtfully planned with quiet, tree-lined
streets and pathways leading to parklands and the foreshore.
There will be numerous places to observe nature and for quiet reflection.
As an inaugural recipient of the EnviroDevelopment certification in Western Australia, Cygnia Cove clearly sets an example for other land developments to follow. In particular Cygnia Cove was recognised for not only maintaining a sustainable ecosystem, rich with native biodiversity, but also for developing the foundations for a vibrant, happy and healthy community.
The restoration of pristine wetlands provide a permanent water source for the Canning River and a perfect feeding and breeding habitat for Western Australia’s iconic Black Swans, a true reflection
of Richard Noble & Company’s strong focus on creating a site which
is in harmony with nature.
Future residents of Cygnia Cove can feel proud of Cygnia Cove’s association with EnviroDevelopment and the extremely high standards set, which the UDIA state “in order to gain certification a development must be truly a cut above the rest.”
Western Australia’s iconic black swans find sanctuary in the
1.8-hectare wetland specifically designed to recreate the birds’
natural breeding grounds and a myriad of other water birds call
this special place home. The wetland is fringed with magnificent stands of Eucalyptus, Jarrah and Melaleuca.
Feel free to come down for a walk through the wetlands and enjoy
the many birds and the magnificent view.
Residents can view the wildlife from raised boardwalks and sheltered viewing arbours or just stroll along the path and enjoy the stunning view over the Canning River.
Interpretive signs highlight points of interest and the rich and varied history.
